Bare Herb Tip: You can get approximately 15-30 eight-ounce cups of tea from one-ounce of herbal tea blend, depending on the size and density of the herbal tea and your preferred strength. A general guideline is to use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-ounce cup of filtered water. You can adjust this based on the specific herbs and your personal taste.
